Flourish Education is recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Primary School in Coleshill, working with KS2 pupils with SEMH and additional needs.

You will deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions to help pupils build confidence and resilience.

Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff, you will foster a nurturing, structured environment, support behaviour strategies, and aid pupils in reaching individual targets, including personal care where required.
