Flourish Education are recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant for a Primary School in Kingswinford to start in September on a long-term basis until July 2027.

The role is full‑time and will support Year 4, including 1:1 work with a child with complex needs and group interventions to cover core subjects.

You will work with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider SEN team to implement tailored strategies, ensuring a safe, engaging environment and strong relationships with students.
