Are you an enthusiastic and experienced KS1 Teacher looking for your next opportunity? Flourish Education is seeking a dedicated Year 2 Class Teacher to join a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Kidderminster from January 2026. This is a part-time role that will run until July 2026, with the potential to continue into the new academic year.
We are looking for a teacher with strong KS1 curriculum knowledge, a passion for creating engaging lessons, and the ability to maintain high expectations for both learning and behaviour. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, teaching, and marking, contributing to the continued success and progress of the Year 2 cohort.
This role is part-time, working either Mondays/Tuesdays or Thursdays/Fridays, as part of a job share. As a Year 2 Class Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality lessons that engage and inspire students, in line with the National Curriculum.
- Encouraging learning which enables pupils to achieve high standards, grow as individuals and nurture values.
- Planning and marking work to ensure students’ academic progress.
- Supporting students in their personal, social, and academic development.
