Flourish Education are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to support children with challenging behaviour in a school in Cleobury Minster, Kidderminster. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and patient individual who is passionate about supporting children and helping them access the support they need in an educational setting.
The successful candidate will work within a dedicated support room, helping children who may display challenging behaviour. This Teaching Assistant role would suit someone who is calm, confident and able to build positive relationships with pupils while providing consistent support throughout the school day.
This Teaching Assistant position is available five days a week, starting after half term and continuing until further notice. It is a great opportunity for someone looking for a regular, ongoing role in a school environment.
Job Role

Required Skills and Experience

Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or in a similar support role would be beneficial

This Teaching Assistant position is based in Cleobury Minster, Kidderminster, and may be suitable for candidates commuting from Bewdley, Ludlow, Tenbury Wells, Bridgnorth, Stourport-on-Severn and surrounding areas.
