Flourish Education is currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary school in the Kenilworth area to join their support staff team on a long-term basis. We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join the school in September. This is a full-time, long-term position for the entire academic year, with working hours of 8:30am–3:30pm.
Our client is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across EYFS and KS1. The role involves providing tailored support to help pupils meet their individual learning, social and emotional needs, enabling them to engage fully in the classroom and achieve their potential. Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role:
- Experience working in schools in the UK
- Minimum Level 3 qualification
- Experience supporting children with SEN
- Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children
- Motivating and encouraging the children
- Supporting with learning and development
- Working closely with the class teacher, SENDCo and other staff
- Giving feedback to parents

Working for Flourish Education as a Teaching Assistant you will receive:
- £92.59 day rate to £100 day rate, which equates to £18,049 per annum to £19,500 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year, dependent on experience
