Flourish Education are recruiting for a Female PE Teacher to work at a school in Cleobury Minster, Kidderminster. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated teacher who is enthusiastic about physical education and supporting pupils to develop their skills, confidence and enjoyment of sport.
The successful Female PE Teacher will join the school on a full-time basis, working five days a week. This role would suit a motivated teacher who can deliver engaging PE lessons, encourage participation and help pupils develop a positive attitude towards physical activity.
This Female PE Teacher position is due to start after half term and will continue until further notice, offering an ongoing opportunity for a teacher looking for a full-time role.
Job Role
- Plan and deliver engaging Physical Education lessons
- Encourage pupils to participate in physical activities and develop their sporting skills
- Create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Promote teamwork, confidence and healthy lifestyles
- Maintain appropriate behaviour and high expectations during lessons
- Support pupils' progress and engagement in PE
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support pupils' learning and development
Required Skills and Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications
- Experience teaching PE in a school setting
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for sport, physical activity and pupil development
- The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
