Job Role
- Provide support to the Class Teacher in delivering lessons across Reception, EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
- Work one‑to‑one or with small groups of pupils to support learning and development.
- Assist with classroom management, behaviour support, and ensuring pupils stay engaged.
- Prepare and organise resources under the guidance of the Class Teacher.
- Support children with varying abilities, including SEND, to access the National Curriculum.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment in the Primary School setting.
Required Skills and Experience
- A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification as a TA.
- Previous UK school experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, particularly across Reception, EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom settings.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.

- £92.59 to £106.93 per day which equates to £17,339.40 to £20,851.36 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.

Location
This Teaching Assistant position is based in Evesham, easily commutable from Pershore, Badsey, Alcester, Redditch, Stratford upon Avon, and Chipping Campden. The schools we work with offer onsite parking.
