Flourish Education is recruiting a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work in Sedgley, Dudley. This full-time role begins after October Half Term and runs through Christmas 2026, supporting a Year 1 pupil with SEMH needs.
You will provide dedicated 1:1 support, promote engagement in tasks, and help develop emotional regulation and social skills while working with the class teacher and SENCO. A TA Level 2/3 qualification and SEND experience are required.
