Flourish Education are recruiting for a Supply Teaching Assistant to join our team, to work in various Primary schools in Nuneaton and surrounding areas on a day-to-day supply basis. Working for Flourish Education gives you the opportunity to only work the days you want to work, in the schools you want to work at, giving you a great work/life balance.
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you are expected to provide support to the teacher and help prepare the classroom ahead of lessons. Small group work or 1-1 interventions may be involved. We need someone who is proactive, uses their initiative and encourages students to reach their full potential. This Teaching Assistant role is due to start in January and will continue until the end of the academic year.
Required Skills and Experience
- UK school experience
- Minimum Level 3 qualification
- Experience working in either EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
- Effectively work alongside teachers, SENDCo and other staff
Salary
£88.92 - £100 day rate which equates to £17,340 - £19,500 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.
