Flourish Education are recruiting for a Drama Teacher to join a secondary school in Coventry, starting in September 2026 and continuing until June 2027.
This part‑time role offers an opportunity for a Drama specialist to teach across KS3 and KS4 and support students in developing their creativity, confidence and practical performance skills.
The school is seeking a teacher who can deliver purposeful Drama lessons and engage pupils through a combination of practical performance and classroom-based learning.
You will monitor student progress, maintain positive behaviour and contribute to the wider Performing Arts provision.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Drama Teacher or an ECT looking to develop their teaching experience.
Job Role
- Plan and deliver Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Teach practical and theoretical aspects of Drama

- Experience planning and delivering engaging lessons Effective classroom and behaviour management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
