Flourish Education are looking for a Design & Technology Teacher to join a secondary school in Coventry.
This is a long-term supply position starting in September 2026 and running through to July 2027.
The school is looking for a teacher to deliver Design & Technology across KS3 and KS4.
You will be responsible for providing engaging lessons that develop pupils' practical abilities, technical knowledge and understanding of design principles.
The successful candidate will benefit from working within a supportive school environment with a strong focus on teaching and learning.
The role may include teaching across a number of DT specialisms depending on your experience.

- Design & Technology Teacher, DT Teacher, Food Technology Teacher, Food Tech Teacher, Secondary Teacher, DT ECT, Food ECT or Supply Teacher
- QTS or ECT status
- Strong subject knowledge in Design & Technology
- Knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 National Curriculum
- Experience delivering practical lessons safely
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and motivate pupils through practical learning
