As an Early Career Teacher (ECT) working with Flourish Education, your responsibilities will include delivering engaging lessons in line with each school's curriculum and teaching strategies, working closely with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure all pupils are supported, providing constructive feedback in line with school policies, communicating effectively with staff, parents and pupils, and promoting high standards of behaviour and learning within the classroom.
We offer opportunities across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2), giving you the chance to gain valuable experience in a range of school settings.
To apply for this Early Career Teacher (ECT) role, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
- Experience teaching within EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
- Strong behaviour and classroom management skills.
- A positive and professional approach to teaching.
- Commitment, flexibility and reliability.
- A recent and relevant school reference from a previous employer or school placement.
