Job Role
- Provide support to the Class Teacher in delivering lessons across Reception, EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
- Work one‑to‑one or with small groups of pupils to support learning and development.
- Assist with classroom management, behaviour support, and ensuring pupils stay engaged.
- Prepare and organise resources under the guidance of the Class Teacher.
- Support children with varying abilities, including SEND, to access the National Curriculum.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment in the Primary School setting.
Required Skills and Experience
- A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification as a TA.
- Previous UK school experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, particularly across Reception, EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom settings.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
