Job Role:

  • Provide support to the Class Teacher in delivering lessons across Reception, EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
  • Work one‑to‑one or with small groups of pupils to support learning and development.
  • Assist with classroom management, behaviour support, and ensuring pupils stay engaged.
  • Prepare and organise resources under the guidance of the Class Teacher.
  • Support children with varying abilities, including SEND, to access the National Curriculum.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment in the Primary School setting.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification as a TA.
  • Previous UK school experience is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, particularly across Reception, EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom settings.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
