Are you a Primary Teacher looking for a Key Stage 2 teaching position? Flourish Education is recruiting a Primary Teacher to work in a Year 4 class at a two-form-entry primary school in Cannock. Our client is seeking a Key Stage 2 Teacher to work on a part-time, long-term basis, starting in September 2026 and continuing until December 2026.
Responsibilities
- Plan, assess, and mark pupils' work in line with the school's policies
- Deliver engaging, creative, and inspiring lessons that support pupil progress
- Work collaboratively with the Teaching Assistant and other class teachers to provide high-quality learning experiences
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
Candidate profile
- Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as experienced teachers, are encouraged to apply. Our client has the capacity to support ECTs through their induction years.
- This is a part-time position, with working hours of Tuesday to Thursday, 8:15am–4:30pm.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Confidence in leading and managing a classroom
- Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team, including alongside Teaching Assistants and colleagues
- A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
