Are you a Primary Teacher looking for a Key Stage 1 position? Flourish Education is recruiting a Primary Teacher to work in a Year 1 class in a one-form entry primary school based in Cannock. Our client is seeking to recruit a Key Stage 1 Teacher to work on a part-time, long-term basis from September 2026 until December 2026.

On the days you are working, you will be expected, but not limited, to:

  • Plan, assess, and mark pupils’ work in line with the school’s policies
  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons
  • Work alongside a Teaching Assistant

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply, as well as experienced teachers. Working hours are Wednesday to Friday, 8:15am – 4:30pm.

Required skills and experience for this Primary Teacher role:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Confidence in leading a classroom
  • Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a Teaching Assistant
