Flourish Education has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nursery Nurse to work in one of our partner schools starting in September 2026. This is a long-term position due to run until December 2026, working 2 days per week from 8:30am to 3:30pm every Monday and Thursday. This school is rated GOOD by Ofsted and boasts a fantastic open-plan learning environment, alongside an excellent Early Years Lead and class teacher. The school is lovely and welcoming, and candidates always enjoy working there.

Required Skills and Experience for this Nursery Nurse role:

  • Minimum Level 2 Qualification
  • Early Years Qualification
  • Experience supporting children with SEND and on a 1:1 basis
  • Experience working in UK Primary Schools
  • Ability to effectively manage behaviour and engagement
  • Ability to provide an engaging learning environment
  • Ability to work closely with the SENCO and class teacher
