Flourish Education is recruiting a Pastoral Support Officer for a long-term role in Rubery, continuing for the remainder of the academic year. This role is ideal for candidates with experience supporting behaviour and student wellbeing within a secondary school environment. The school is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Officer to provide support across key areas of student behaviour management.

As a Pastoral Support Officer, you will play an important role in maintaining a positive learning environment by managing on-call duties, supervising refocus provision, and supporting students throughout the school day. This position offers the opportunity to become a valued member of a supportive secondary school team.

Job Role
  • Manage on-call duties across the school
  • Supervise students within the refocus provision
  • Monitor and support students at designated duty points
  • Promote positive behaviour and high expectations throughout the school
  • Build positive relationships with students and staff

Location

This position is based in Rubery and is easily commutable from Rednal, Bromsgrove, Northfield, Longbridge, Bartley Green, Haleson, and the surrounding areas.
