Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to secure a long-term role to support your induction? If so, we can help! Flourish Education are recruiting for an Early Career Teacher to work in a Primary School in South Birmingham on a long-term basis, with the opportunity to support your ECT induction. This role offers consistency and the chance to fully embed yourself within a school, gain valuable experience and receive the support needed to successfully complete your induction.
The Role
- Planning, preparation and marking
- Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
- Assessing and tracking pupil progress
- Managing behaviour effectively
- Working closely with Teaching Assistants and school staff
- Attending staff meetings and contributing to the wider school community
Qualifications and Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience in a Primary School setting (placements accepted)
- A strong understanding of the National Curriculum
- Good behaviour management skills
- A commitment to your professional development and completing your ECT induction

Benefits
- Salary: £168.80 to £232.57 per day, equating to £32,916 to £45,351 per annum based on 5 days a week for a full school year
