Flourish Education is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Drama Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Worcester from September 2026. This is an exciting part‑time opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about the performing arts and enjoys helping students develop their confidence, creativity and communication skills. The successful candidate will join a welcoming school where students are encouraged to express themselves, work collaboratively and develop their performance abilities.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging Drama lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, creating lessons that are both enjoyable and purposeful. This position would be well suited to an experienced Drama Teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for a supportive environment in which to develop their teaching practice.

  • Plan and deliver creative and engaging Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Encourage students to develop their performance, communication and teamwork skills

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing an ECT programme
  • Experience teaching Drama or Performing Arts within a secondary school setting
  • Good knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 Drama curriculum
  • Strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for the performing arts
  • Ability to deliver engaging and imaginative lessons
  • Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
  • A flexible and positive approach to teaching
