Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a Primary Teacher to work in a Primary school in Bedworth on a long-term basis. This is an Outstanding one form entry school with extremely talented staff, enthusiastic pupils and very supportive parents. Our client wants to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher to work in a Year 3 class who has a good knowledge of the curriculum, can plan and deliver engaging lessons and monitor students’ progress.

This role will involve full class teaching responsibilities including preparing tasks, planning and marking. This Primary Teacher role is to start in September 2026 and will continue for two terms. The position is full time.

Working for Flourish Education as a Primary Teacher you will receive:

  • £168.80 day rate to £232.57 day rate which equates to £32,916 per annum to £45,352 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year

This Primary Teacher opportunity is located in Bedworth which is easily commutable from areas such as Nuneaton, Coventry and surrounding areas of Warwickshire via car, bus and train. The school has an on-site car park.
