Flourish Education are working with a welcoming primary school in Atherstone who are looking for a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or ECT who is passionate about creating an engaging and supportive learning environment where every child can thrive.
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing pupil progress and supporting pupils with their academic, social and emotional development.
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will:
- Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Support pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2
- Monitor and assess pupil progress
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Manage behaviour confidently and consistently
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with the wider school team
We're looking for teachers who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching in KS2, particularly Year 3
- Have strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
- Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Are passionate about supporting children's learning and development
- Are reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic
- ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
