Flourish Education are recruiting for an Art Teacher to join a growing, thriving Secondary School in Solihull. This is a great opportunity to be part of a great school community. Our partnership school is seeking a supportive and engaging Art Teacher to deliver engaging lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver engaging and powerful lessons within a diverse school. You will take on full class teaching responsibilities, including planning, preparation, assessment and marking, parents’ evenings and report writing for KS3 and KS4 students. This is a part‑time role, and the position is due to start in September till Easter.

Required Skills and Experience as an Art Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Previous experience teaching Art within a Secondary School
  • A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment requirements
  • Proven ability with good behaviour management
  • Good commitment to providing a positive classroom culture
