Flourish Education are recruiting for a Key Stage One Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the Alcester area. This is a full-time position starting in November for the rest of the academic Year

As a Key Stage One Teacher, you will take on full class teacher responsibilities, including planning, delivering, and assessing lessons, as well as contributing to the wider life of the school.
As a Key Stage One Teacher, you will:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 in line with the National Curriculum
- Take full responsibility for your class, including behaviour management and pastoral care
- Monitor pupil progress, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate records
- Contribute to school reports and classroom documentation
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
- Participate in school events and foster a positive classroom culture
Skills & Experience Required:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience as a Primary Teacher, ideally KS1
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for KS1 and KS2
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Pay from £168.80 to £232.57 which equates to £32,916 to £45,351.15 based on working 5 days a week for a full school year, dependent on experience (M1-M6)
