We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join a thriving Primary School rated “Good” by Ofsted. Job Role: As a Class Teacher in this Primary School , you will: Take full class responsibilities, including planning, teaching, and marking. Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum. Deliver Phonics and prepare pupils for Phonics screening Support the academic and personal development of Key Stage 1 (KS1) pupils. Maintain excellent behaviour management in the classroom. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment. Regularly assess and report on pupil progress. Required Skills and Experience: To excel in this role, you should have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching Key Stage 1 (KS1). Strong understanding of the National Curriculum. Working as a Year 4 Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including: £154 to £211 per day, equating to £30,030 to £41,145 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year. The option of PAYE or Umbrella. Holiday Pay – for PAYE candidates, 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot. Pension Contributions. Free KCSIE-compliant Safeguarding and Prevent Duty Training, including modules on legislation, FGM, and abuse. £100 welcome to the team bonus. Refer a Friend bonus scheme.
