The successful candidate will handle customer queries related to billing and invoices, assist with reconciliation tasks, and provide credit control support during busy periods. Responsibilities
- Responding promptly and professionally to partner queries regarding billing and invoices.
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies or issues related to partner billing.
- Coordinating with all teams within Flotek to investigate billing queries.
- Maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions, adjustments, and billing communications within the CRM system.
- Supporting partners with onboarding processes related to billing setup and ongoing account management.
- Identifying process improvements and contributing to the refinement of billing and support procedures.
- Assisting with reporting on ticketing stats on SLAs.
- Identifying charges on partner invoices and providing an overview of what the charge is for.
- Assisting the wider billing and finance team during bill runs, including invoice analysis and checking.
