We’re looking for someone brilliant to lead our IT Specialist function at Flotek.
This isn’t just about managing a ticket queue.
We need someone who can lead, coach and develop a team of 2nd Line, 3rd Line and Maintenance Engineers, while having the technical credibility to step into the more complex challenges when needed.
You’ll have real ownership of:
Developing and supporting a high-performing technical team
Driving SLA, backlog, quality and CSAT performance
Leading complex technical escalations and major incidents
Using data to identify where we can get better
Driving automation, standardisation and continuous improvement
Helping us deliver an exceptional experience for our partners
We’re particularly interested in people with MSP leadership experience and a strong technical background across areas such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, networking and cyber security.
