The Role

Ready to take the first step in your project career? We're looking for a driven, highly organised and enthusiastic IT Project Admin to join our growing team, with plenty of opportunity to learn, develop and progress in one of the UK's fastest-growing MSPs.

Flotek Group is the UK's fastest-growing Managed Service Provider, delivering IT, Cyber Security, Communications and Managed Print solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. With regional sales and support hubs across the UK, our ambitious growth story is built on a simple foundation: every product and service we deliver is backed by expertise, passion and heart. We're a values-led business, and our people are at the centre of everything we do.

We're looking for a highly accurate individual with a keen eye for detail who enjoys a fast pace of work. You will play a key role in supporting our Engineers, ensuring the smooth delivery of installations from start to finish. Excellent communication is essential as you'll need to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. You'll also be responsible for coordinating stock and documentation as well as managing engineers' diaries to schedule installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raising and managing purchase orders, ensuring stock is tracked and allocated to the correct projects.
  • Answering incoming calls to the Projects queue.
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Coordinating engineer documentation: permits, job packs and completion photos.
  • Scheduling engineers' diaries and allocating resources across projects.
  • Working closely with the Billing and Finance team to meet strict invoicing deadlines and ensure all financial documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Scheduling deliveries and site access for Engineering.
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Projects Team Managers.

What We Are Looking For

  • Microsoft Office including Excel, with knowledge of analysing data and Excel functions.
  • Previous use of CRM/PSA software.
  • Experience in a similar role within the data cabling, IT or telecoms industry (preferred).
  • Stock management experience.

Benefits

  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Staff Share Equity Scheme: your piece of the "Purple Pie".
  • 21 days holiday, increasing to 25 with 4 years of service (plus bank holidays).
  • Your birthday off.
