We are looking for a technical projects co-ordinator to join our team, assisting with the delivery of Telecoms projects to our expanding partner base.
You'll be responsible for planning and managing all types of Telecoms related projects, while handling administrative tasks such as provisioning, number porting, hardware orders, supplier management and scheduling engineering diaries.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm (an 8.5 hour day within this window, totalling 42.5 hours).
Key Responsibilities
- Planning projects received from the sales team.
- Facilitating and holding initial kick-off meetings with sales, engineering and the partner.
- Ordering services and hardware from suppliers.
- Placing provisioning orders for broadband, hosted telephony and mobiles.
- Placing and managing number ports.
- Scheduling engineers for site installation and training visits.
- Keeping partners updated on the progress of their orders.
- Booking in stock and managing stock, including running stock takes.
- Providing documentation and a clear handover to both the partner and the support teams.
- Handling offboarding and cancellation requests.
- Delivering world-class service at every stage.
