We’re seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales, EMEA to lead our growing Enterprise and Commercial sales teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This is a critical leadership role with ownership of the EMEA regional number and a major opportunity to drive international growth. If you\’re an entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and has experience building new markets, this is a rare opportunity to have a transformational impact. We’re searching for a strategic, resourceful sales leader with deep EMEA market knowledge. You know how to drive results, build high-performance teams, and tailor a go-to-market approach across diverse geographies. At Flosum, our Sales leadership team is outcome-driven, collaborative, and customer-obsessed. We are scaling our international presence, and EMEA is a key region for strategic growth. As RVP, you’ll lead a team of Account Executives across Enterprise and Commercial segments, supported by our global Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, with 3+ years in a sales leadership role focused on the EMEA region ~ Proven track record of building and leading successful SaaS sales teams across multiple EMEA countries ~ Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and selling into regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.) ~ Deep cultural awareness and ability to adapt sales strategies across diverse markets ~ Analytical and metrics-driven with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills ~ Assess the current EMEA team, coverage model, and opportunities ~ Build relationships with internal partners across Sales Engineering, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success ~ Review active opportunities and align short-term priorities to in-quarter goals ~ Deliver a regional go-to-market strategy tailored to the EMEA landscape ~ Build executive-level customer relationships in key markets Identify and operationalize best practices for scaling the EMEA sales team ~ Build brand presence and customer advocacy in key EMEA regions Lead a high-performing, quota-exceeding EMEA sales team ~ Expand Flosum’s footprint across Enterprise and Commercial accounts ~ Help inform future investments in EMEA marketing, partnerships, and customer success ~ Our platform is mission-critical for Salesforce customers who must meet the highest security and compliance standards ~ We\’re investing in EMEA growth—giving you the runway and support you need to succeed ~ Flosum is the #1 secure DevOps platform for Salesforce, purpose-built for the unique needs of regulated enterprises.
