We’re seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales, EMEA to lead our growing Enterprise and Commercial sales teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This is a critical leadership role with ownership of the EMEA regional number and a major opportunity to drive international growth. You’ll develop the go-to-market strategy, build the team, and work closely with cross-functional leaders to expand Flosum’s footprint across the region.

We’re searching for a strategic, resourceful sales leader with deep EMEA market knowledge. You know how to drive results, build high-performance teams, and tailor a go-to-market approach across diverse geographies. You bring a balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution—and you love winning new logos and growing existing customers.
The Team
At Flosum, our Sales leadership team is outcome-driven, collaborative, and customer-obsessed. We are scaling our international presence, and EMEA is a key region for strategic growth.
As RVP, you’ll lead a team of Account Executives across Enterprise and Commercial segments, supported by our global Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You’ll work closely with our executive leadership to shape Flosum’s international expansion strategy.
Within One Month, You’ll
- Complete Flosum onboarding and become fluent in our platform’s value propositions
- Assess the current EMEA team, coverage model, and opportunities
- Build relationships with internal partners across Sales Engineering, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success
- Review active opportunities and align short-term priorities to in-quarter goals
- Develop your 30-60-90 day action plan
Within Three Months, You’ll
- Deliver a regional go-to-market strategy tailored to the EMEA landscape
- Expand pipeline generation initiatives in partnership with Marketing and BDR teams
- Hire, ramp, and onboard new AEs where needed to grow regional coverage
- Implement coaching frameworks and team operating cadences
- Build executive-level customer relationships in key markets
Within Six Months, You’ll
- Establish predictable forecast and pipeline review processes
- Drive execution against quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Identify and operationalize best practices for scaling the EMEA sales team
- Build brand presence and customer advocacy in key EMEA regions
Within Twelve Months, You’ll
- Lead a high-performing, quota-exceeding EMEA sales team
- Expand Flosum’s footprint across Enterprise and Commercial accounts
- Help inform future investments in EMEA marketing, partnerships, and customer success
- Be seen as a critical driver of Flosum’s international success

Requirements
The Skill Set:
- 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, with 3+ years in a sales leadership role focused on the EMEA region
- Proven track record of building and leading successful SaaS sales teams across multiple EMEA countries
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and selling into regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.)
- Experience working in a fast-growing SaaS environment, ideally with US-based companies expanding internationally
- Deep cultural awareness and ability to adapt sales strategies across diverse markets
- Analytical and metrics-driven with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
- Comfortable being hands-on: you know when to lead from the front and when to coach from behind
