Shape the future of how the world's biggest Salesforce teams build, protect, and innovate.
Every day, the world's most mission-critical companies — banks, hospitals, governments, and Fortune 500 enterprises — run on Salesforce. And every day, the teams behind those orgs face a choice: move fast or stay safe. At Flosum, we refuse that tradeoff. As the only 100% Salesforce-native DevSecOps, data, and security platform, we empower teams to ship fearlessly, recover instantly, and govern with confidence — all without leaving the platform they love.
We're looking for a visionary product leader who sees what's possible when innovation and trust live in the same place. Someone who wants to leave a fingerprint on an entire ecosystem.
This is more than a product role — it's a chance to architect the operating system for the modern Salesforce enterprise. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a platform that touches release managers at sunrise, developers at midnight, and CISOs every minute in between. You'll lead a passionate team of product managers, partner shoulder-to-shoulder with brilliant engineers, and sit at the table with customers solving problems that matter — from accelerating releases by 10x to recovering an org in minutes after a catastrophic event. If you've ever wanted to build the category-defining product in Salesforce DevOps, this is your moment.
What You'll Do
- Set the North Star. Craft a bold, multi-year product vision that anticipates where Salesforce — and the AI-powered enterprise — is heading next, from Agentforce to Data Cloud and beyond.
- Build the team that builds the future. Recruit, mentor, and inspire a world-class product organization across DevOps, data management, and security — a team people fight to join and never want to leave.
- Obsess over customers. Sit with admins, developers, release managers, and security leaders. Understand their 2 a.m. anxieties and their 10 a.m. ambitions. Turn those insights into products they'll champion.
- Ship things that matter. Drive the full lifecycle — from messy whiteboard to flawless launch — for capabilities like Git-based version control, AI-assisted code review, intelligent backup.
