We are looking for a highly experienced Administrator to provide support to the office team and wider team. You will be joining a lively Support Team of ten in this newly created role! This is a permanent role working 37 hours a week over 39 weeks per year.
Purpose of the role
To provide effective and professional administrative support in the busy office to an exceptionally high standard, while contributing positively to the smooth and effective running of the establishment on a day-to-day basis. To contribute to the safeguarding and promotion of the welfare and care of students and child protection procedures.
Overall responsibility
Work within the Office Team, playing a crucial role in the day-to-day life of the establishment by providing a wide range of administrative support to colleagues, students and parents. Assist the Office Manager.
Experience
- The ideal candidate will have experience within an educational setting although this is not essential.
- Excellent Administrational and IT skills, familiarity with relevant software and MS Office (Word & Excel).
- A high level of numeracy and literacy with excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Able to work as part of a team whilst using own initiative.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Please note that applicants should ideally be a car driver as there will be the occasional requirement to attend meetings at the Sevenoaks office. On-site car parking available at both sites.
