This is a hands-on head-of-site role focused on the factory floor: production, health and safety and quality standards. The Directors are based off site, so you will be the senior person at Burslem day to day.
What you will do: lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations so production runs efficiently; implement and monitor quality control procedures to meet industry standards; drive continuous improvement across the production floor; oversee maintenance and mechanical systems so the plant runs reliably; keep the workplace safe and compliant with health and safety regulations; lead, supervise and develop a small production team.
