Team Leader Care and Support – Floryn House Care Home

Contract: Full Time and Part-Time

Salary: £14.14 Per Hour

Shift Type: Days

Contracted hours: 24 - 48 hours per week

Our brand new, purpose-built facility situated in the beautiful village of Yarnton, Oxfordshire, provides exemplary Residential, Dementia, Nursing & Respite care for 73 residents.

If you’re an experienced Senior Care Assistant with a proven track record of leading and motivating a team, this could be the perfect next step for you. As a Day Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our care home. You’ll lead by example on the floor, guiding and supporting our care team to deliver the highest standards of person-centred care. Working closely with the management team, you’ll help plan and allocate workloads, oversee care delivery, and ensure residents receive safe, dignified, and individualised support at all times.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader in an elderly care home setting.
  • A confident, hands-on approach to leading and managing a care team.
  • Strong understanding of person-centred care and CQC standards.
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care preferred or working towards with proven Medication Management experience.
  • Compassionate, organised, and committed to excellence in everything you do.
