Located in the beautiful village of Yarnton, Oxfordshire, our purpose built care home offers the highest standards of Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for up to 73 residents. With state of the art facilities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, our home has been thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, dignity and peace of mind for those who live here. We are now looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our growing team. What we offer:

Your role:
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital part in helping residents enjoy each day with comfort, independence and dignity. You will support them with personal care and daily routines, follow individual care plans, and be a reassuring presence throughout the day. Whether you are offering companionship, helping with meals or encouraging residents to take part in social activities, your care will help create a warm and fulfilling environment where people feel respected and at ease.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone with a caring nature, strong communication skills and a team-focused approach. A Health and Social Care qualification at SVQ or NVQ Level 2 is preferred, along with at least six months of experience in a similar role, but we welcome applications from those with the right attitude and transferable skills.
