Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an amazing provider for a Peripatetic Home Manager in Yeovil, Somerset area.
As the Peripatetic Manager you will be tasked with supporting homes in need of management cover. You will be responsible for maintaining safe, compliant and well‑run environments across each home and making sure they are compliant with CQC. You should also make sure residents receive a high quality and responsive care service in a safe and secure environment and you should be promoting person centred care in your service.
The candidate:
- Should have an excellent understanding of CQC guidelines and requirements.
- You will be able to provide day to day operational management, employee and team motivational and commercial drive.
- Experience in executing action plans to increase occupancy.
- You will have clear communication skills.
- You will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Hours: Mon-Fri- 40hrs (The hours are flexible and can be discussed to suit!)
