Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an amazing provider for a Peripatetic Home Manager in the Yeovil, Somerset area. As the Peripatetic Manager, you will be tasked with supporting homes in need of management cover. You will be responsible for maintaining safe, compliant and well-run environments across each home and ensuring they are compliant with CQC. You should also ensure residents receive a high-quality and responsive care service in a safe and secure environment while promoting person-centred care in your service.
The candidate should have:
- An excellent understanding of CQC guidelines and requirements
- The ability to provide day-to-day operational management, employee and team motivation, and commercial drive
- Experience in executing action plans to increase occupancy
- Clear communication skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Hours: Mon-Fri- 40hrs (The hours are flexible and can be discussed to suit!)
