Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an award-winning elderly care provider for a Regional Support Manager in the South East area. This is a newly created role. Due to current demands, this region now has the need for someone to help support the regional team to help them deliver high quality care. You will be tasked with supporting Home Managers and Operations Director with various projects and ensuring that these homes are maintaining high standards of compliance and operational delivery.

The ideal Regional Support Manager should be someone who has good communication skills and is open to working in different environments. Ideally you would be an existing Home Manager or Regional Support Manager / Regional Manager for a care home group and have a good CQC background with a full drivers license.

Key details

  • Proven management experience within elderly nursing care homes needed
  • Open to Nurse and Non Nurse applications but Nurse preferred
  • A strong understanding of CQC requirements.
  • Experience in quality and clinical governance, including audits, care planning and continuous improvement.
  • Previous experience within the health and social care sector.

Location: The homes are based around the South East - Covering Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey, Kent, London, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire etc

Salary: Circa £80,000 plus £4000 car allowance plus Mileage
