Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an award-winning elderly care provider for a Peripatetic Home Manager in the Leicester, East Midlands Area. Due to the company's growth and change in management, you will be tasked to oversee a home for a short period of time while a new manager is awaiting to start in this particular home. The home is a medium sized elderly care home that provides Residential and Dementia care. The home is performing well operationally with good occupancy levels and a strong staff team. It is also compliant with CQC and is rated Good. Ideally, the provider would like someone to come in and support for 3 months with a view to going full time and supporting head office once this placement is completed.

The ideal Peripatetic Home Manager should be someone who has good communication skills and is open to working in different environments. Ideally, you would be an existing Home Manager or Peripatetic Manager / Regional Manager for a care home group and have a good CQC background with a full driver's license.
