Overview
Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an award-winning elderly care provider for a Home Manager in East Sussex.
The home is due to open in spring 2026 and will be a medium sized service that provides residential and dementia care to elderly residents. You will be tasked with managing the day-to-day running of all aspects of the home including Recruitment, Quality & Compliance, Budgets, getting out into the local community and daily communications with your team.
The candidate
The ideal Home Manager should be someone who can lead from the front, have good commercial knowledge as well as a good understanding of CQC regulations and guidelines. You should have experience of working in a elderly care home setting previously with a proven CQC record.
