Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an elderly care provider for a Home Manager in the West Sussex area. The home is a medium sized elderly care home that provides Residential and Dementia care and is part of a great business with an excellent reputation in the area. You will be responsible for managing the service ensuring that residents are getting the best possible care and should be comfortable working in the private luxury market.
The candidate
The ideal Home Manager should be someone who can lead from the front, have good commercial knowledge as well as a good understanding of CQC regulations and guidelines. You should have experience of working in a similar setting previously with a proven CQC record.
