Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with a fantastic provider to help them find a new Home Manager for their elderly dementia service in Peterborough.

The home is a medium sized elderly care home that provides Dementia, Nursing and Residential care for elderly residents and has a fantastic reputation in the area with excellent links to local hospitals and communities.

We are looking for someone ambitious and full of ideas to take this home on. You could be an existing Home Manager looking to change or take on a bigger home. We are also more than happy to look at Deputy Managers / Clinical leads looking to progress!

The home is performing extremely well and has a good history with CQC. Operationally the home is also nearly at full occupancy with very minimal agency usage. As the Manager you will also be supported by a Clinical Deputy Manager, Admin and Head office is only around the corner.
