Florin Healthcare are excited to be EXCLUSIVELY working with a fantastic care provider for a very unique and exciting role. In this role you will be supporting the provider during a very exciting period of growth. The business will be transitioning some of their Residential services into a sector-leading model of Specialist Dementia Care and also Specialist Mental Health Care services including depression, anxiety, delirium, bipolar disorder, psychosis and substance use disorders.
As a Commissioning Support Manager you will be tasked with supporting the development, setup, and launch of these service models alongside supporting the existing Registered Managers and other members of the senior team. As part of the role you would be required to travel to different homes but all homes would be in a sensible distance and region.
The ideal Commissioning Support Manager should be someone who ideally has Complex / Specialist Care Experience in the residential sector. It would also be hugely advantageous to have commissioning experience or experience of service transformations across different types of care.
