Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with a valued client and elderly care provider for a Home Manager in the Cumbria area. The home is a small to medium sized elderly care home that provides residential care for elderly residents and has a fantastic reputation in the area. The home is a purpose built home and has always performed really well both operationally and with CQC.
You will be supported by a supportive regional and quality team alongside a Deputy Manager and full time admin.
The ideal Home Manager should be someone who has a good understanding of CQC regulations and guidelines and has management experience within a care setting. You could be a Deputy Manager looking to step up or work within Learning Disabilities and want to step across. This role is all about leadership and having good leadership skills is the most important.

- Residential Care
- Very low agency usage
- Occupancy consistently around 95%
- Mixture of private & local authority
- Deputy Manager and Admin Support from Regional and Quality teams
- Bonus up to £5000 per year on CQC / Occupancy levels
- Monday to Friday - Hours can be fairly flexible with start / finish times
The home is based in the Cumbria area and is commutable from Penrith, Cockermouth, Whitehaven, Keswick and Carlisle.
