The home is a small sized elderly care home that provides Nursing and Dementia care for elderly residents and has a fantastic reputation in the area with excellent links to local hospitals and communities.

It is part of a really strong small group of homes that offer support should it ever be needed.

The home is perfroming well with a great staff team, Good CQC history and a really supportive regional team.

The candidate

The ideal Home Manager should be someone who can lead from the front, have good care knowledge as well as a good understanding of CQC regulations and guidelines. xiskglj

You should have experience of working in a similar setting previously with a proven CQC record.
