Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with a valued client and elderly care provider for a Home Manager in the Chesterfield, Derbyshire area. The home is a small to medium sized elderly care home that provides residential care for elderly residents and has a fantastic reputation in the area. The home is a purpose built home and has always performed really well both operationally and with CQC.

You will be supported by a supportive regional and quality team alongside a Deputy Manager and full time admin.

The ideal Home Manager should be someone who has a good understanding of CQC regulations and guidelines and has management experience within a care setting previously.
