Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with a valued client and elderly care provider for a Home Manager in Cambridge. The home is a small sized elderly care home that provides residential care for elderly residents and has a fantastic reputation in the area. The home is a purpose built home and has always performed really well both operationally and with CQC.

You will be supported by a supportive regional and quality team alongside a Deputy Manager and full time admin.

The ideal Home Manager should be someone who has a good understanding of CQC regulations and guidelines and has management experience within a care setting. You could be a Deputy Manager looking to step up or an experienced manager looking for a change of scenery. This role is all about leadership and having good leadership skills is the most important.
