We are scaling fast, and we need a creative storyteller to help us shape our brand voice, capture attention, and drive engagement across the platform ecosystem.
The Role
We are looking for a sharp, creative, and multi-talented Content Marketing Executive to join our team. We are looking for a true creator; someone who can think up a brilliant concept, script and shoot the video, design the supporting graphics and launch it with punchy copy.
You’ll have a lot of autonomy to experiment, but you also possess the taste and design sensibility required to ensure everything we put out looks, feels, and sounds distinctly Florence.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Ideation & Execution: Brainstorm fresh, thumb-stopping content ideas tailored for our B2B audience (care operators, HR managers, and executives) and execute them from scratch.
- Video Production: Script, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content (for LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok/Reels, or our website). You know how to make B2B SaaS look dynamic, human, and engaging.
- Visual Design: Create sleek, on-brand visual assets for social media, email campaigns, ads, and landing pages using tools like Figma or Canva
- Copywriting: Write crisp, compelling copy across multiple channels—from witty social hooks and engaging email newsletters through to highly researched white papers.
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain a consistent brand identity. You ensure our visual aesthetics and tone of voice remain premium, authoritative and empathetic.
- Collaboration & Autonomy: Work closely with product, sales, and growth teams to turn technical SaaS features into relatable customer stories, while confidently managing your own daily workflow.
What We’re Looking For
- A Swiss Army Knife Skillset: You have a solid portfolio demonstrating your work across video editing, graphic design, and copywriting. You don't need to be a master of all three, but you must be dangerous enough in each to produce high-quality work independently.
- An Eye for Good Taste: You understand modern design trends, typography, and visual pacing. You know the difference between a generic stock image and content that actually builds a premium brand identity.
- A Self-Starter Mentality: You don't wait for a detailed brief to get moving. You see a gap and figure out how to make it happen. You are comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- B2B or SaaS Curiosity: While experience in healthcare or tech is a plus, what matters most is your ability to learn fast, take a complex B2B topic and make it digestible, interesting, and human.
- Low Ego, High Collaboration: You take pride in your work but welcome feedback. You love bouncing ideas off a team to make the final product even better.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with motion graphics or animation.
- An understanding of B2B marketing funnels and paid social ads.
- A background or interest in the healthcare sector.
