The main purpose of the job
As a Senior Credit Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Credit Control function, supporting the financial health of the organisation. You will provide day-to-day leadership to the Credit Control team, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts while maintaining excellent relationships with patients and stakeholders. This is a hands-on role where you will oversee the accounts receivable ledger, manage escalations, and support process improvements. Working closely with the wider finance team and hospital departments, you will help ensure accuracy, compliance, and a high standard of service.
